Screen printing
The classic finish for group kit: bold, solid ink pushed through a screen on our press. Best for logos and designs with up to 3 colours, for your Pride group, team, charity, workplace network or event. Minimum 20 shirts.
No set-up fees.
No screen charges.
Lots of screen printers charge a set-up fee of around £20 for every screen, then a price per shirt on top. We don't. The prices below already include your screens.

Unisex and women's fit shirts are the same price. Ordering a number in between? It's charged at the per-shirt price of the next number down, so 25 shirts on 1 screen is 25 × £6.75 = £168.75. Over 100? Same per-shirt price as 100.
What's a screen?
Every ink colour, in every print spot, needs its own screen. The same colour in two places is still two screens, because two screens have to be made.

Full colour DTF
Photos, gradients, fine detail and as many colours as you like, pressed onto the shirt. Ideal for full colour artwork and smaller runs. From 1 shirt.

One print means the front, the back or the left chest. Unisex and women's fit shirts are the same price. 2 to 4 shirts are £20 each. Ordering a number in between? It's charged at the per-shirt price of the next number down. Over 100? Same per-shirt price as 100.

Heavy Cotton
Gildan 5000 · 180gsm · 56 colours
Thick, sturdy and made to last. The classic everyday tee that shows off a bold, bright print, at Pride and all year round.
Soft Cotton
Gildan Light Cotton 3000 · 150gsm · 25 colours
Softer and lighter to wear, with a smoother, more modern feel. Lighter doesn't mean cheap or flimsy: it's a quality cotton tee, just less heavy.
Women's fit
Gildan Softstyle Women's 64000L · 150gsm · 16 colours
Soft ringspun cotton, cut for a fitted shape with side seams.
Every size costs the same, kids sizes included. We don't charge more for 2XL to 5XL. One shirt colour per order, with any mix of sizes.
Your artwork
- Files: PNG with a see-through background at 300 dpi, PDF, SVG or AI, up to 20 MB. Bigger files can be emailed.
- Biggest print: A3 (29.7 × 42 cm) on the front or back. Left chest prints are 10 × 10 cm.
- Screen print: solid colours only, no gradients or photos. The number of colours in your file is the number of screens you pay for.
- No proofs: we print exactly what you upload, so check spelling, colours and layout before you order.
- If there's a problem with your file, or a shirt colour or size is out of stock, we'll get in touch.
- Only upload designs you have the right to print.

The small print
- Custom orders are made just for you, so they can't be cancelled or returned if you change your mind.
- You're responsible for your artwork, including spelling mistakes.
- If anything arrives damaged or faulty, or we've made a mistake, we'll replace it or refund you.
- Discount codes and offers can't be used on custom merch.
Questions
Are there any set-up or screen fees?
No. The prices above already include your screens. The only extra is delivery, or collect for free by arrangement.
Can I mix shirt colours in one order?
No. Each order is one shirt colour with any mix of sizes. For two colours, add two orders. Screen print needs at least 20 shirts in each.
Can I mix Heavy and Soft Cotton?
Not in the same order. Pick one shirt per order.
Do you do women's fit shirts?
Yes: Gildan Softstyle Women's (64000L) in 16 colours, S to 2XL, and 3XL in Black and White. They're the same price as unisex shirts. It has its own listing, so add unisex and women's fit shirts as separate orders.
Do you do kids sizes?
Yes, 3-4y, 5-6y, 7-8y, 9-11y and 12-13y, in Heavy Cotton (Gildan 5000B, 34 colours) or Soft Cotton (Gildan 3000B, 15 colours). They're the same price as adult sizes, and you can mix them with adult sizes in one order. If your design is too big for the shirts up to age 8, we'll shrink it to fit. On screen print orders, we DTF print those shirts instead so we can shrink it to fit, at no extra cost.
Can I order two different designs?
Yes. Add each design as its own order. Each design needs its own screens.
Do you send a proof?
No. We print exactly what you upload, so check it carefully. If something looks wrong with your file, we'll get in touch before printing.
What if my design has more colours than I picked?
We'll get in touch so you can pay the difference or switch to full colour DTF.
Can I use a discount code?
No. Discount codes and offers can't be used on custom merch.
Do bigger sizes cost more?
No. Every size is the same price, from kids 3-4y to adult 5XL.
