Refunds & Returns
Every Unicorn Boots shirt is printed to order, just for you, so please check the size guide before you order.
Changed your mind or picked the wrong size?
Tell us within 14 days of delivery by emailing returns@unicornboots.com with your order number, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
- Return postage is at your own cost
- Refunds only: we don't do exchanges. If you need a different size, please place a new order
Once your return arrives, we refund the price of the item and the standard delivery you paid, to your original payment method, within 14 days. Funds usually show within 3–5 working days.
Custom items
Anything printed with your own design, text or artwork is made to your specification, so it can't be returned for a change of mind.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email returns@unicornboots.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
