Refunds & Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
- Returns are at your own cost
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed. Funds typically return within 3–5 working days.
Made-to-order items
All Unicorn Boots shirts are printed on demand.
Because of this, we ask that you check sizing carefully before ordering. Returns are still accepted within 14 days, but items must be returned in unused condition.
Incorrect or faulty items
If you receive the wrong item or something is faulty, contact returns@unicornboots.comand we’ll sort it.
