Shipping Times
- United Kingdom: 2–4 days
- Europe: 1–3 weeks
- Rest of the World: 2–6 weeks
Processing Times
All Unicorn Boots shirts are printed to order.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday).
During busier periods or when we’re trading at pride events, processing can take a little longer. We’ll always get your order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped using tracked services.
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. While this is typically a next working day service, we allow a 2–4 day delivery window to account for any delays.
International orders are also sent using tracked services, but delivery times can vary depending on location and customs.
Delayed Orders
Most orders arrive within the timeframes above, but occasional delays can happen.
- UK orders: If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 days, get in touch, and we’ll help sort it
- International orders: If your order hasn’t arrived after 8 weeks, let us know and we’ll look into it for you

Missing Items
If something seems to be missing from your order:
- Double-check the packaging, including it's integrity
- If it’s still not there, contact returns@unicornboots.com with your order number
If your packaging arrived damaged, photos can help us resolve things quicker.

Express Shipping
We don’t currently offer express shipping.
