Custom Screen Printed Hoodies

Screen printed hoodies for your Pride group, party, event or crew, printed in the UK on our screen press, delivered UK-wide. Upload your design above, see it on a hoodie and order in a few minutes. Minimum 20 hoodies.

No set-up or screen fees. Lots of screen printers charge a set-up fee of around £20 for every screen, then a price per hoodie on top. We don't. Our prices already include your screens.

Ordering a number in between? You pay the per-hoodie price of the row above, so 25 hoodies on 1 screen is 25 × £12 = £300. Over 100? Same per-hoodie price as 100.

How screens work

Every ink colour in every print spot needs its own screen, even when it's the same colour.

• White print on the front = 1 screen
• Red and white on the front = 2 screens
• White on the front + white on the back = 2 screens
• 1-colour left chest + 2-colour back = 3 screens

Up to 3 screens per order. Need more colours, gradients or photos? Go for full colour DTF instead.

Left chest prints

We print hoodie left chest designs with DTF, even on screen print orders. Left chest designs are small and often detailed, and DTF keeps every line crisp on a thick, brushed fleece hoodie. Your front and back prints are still screen printed, and the price doesn't change: count your left chest colours as screens, as above.

The hoodie

• Pullover Hoodie (Casual Classics Ringspun C2200, 280gsm): a heavyweight pullover with a lined hood, drawcord and kangaroo pocket, and soft brushed fleece inside. 20 colours.
• Adult sizes S to 5XL (Black, Navy, Sport Grey and White go up to 5XL, the other colours stop at 3XL). Every size is the same price.
• Kids sizes (Casual Classics C2200B): 1-2y, 3-4y, 5-6y, 7-8y, 9-11y and 12-13y, in 12 colours. Same price as adult sizes. If your design is too big for the 1-2y, 3-4y, 5-6y or 7-8y hoodies, we'll DTF print those instead so we can shrink it to fit, at no extra cost.
• One hoodie colour per order, with any mix of sizes. Want zip hoodies too? Add them as a separate order.

Artwork

• PNG with a see-through background (300 dpi), PDF, SVG or AI, up to 20 MB.
• Biggest print 30 × 30 cm on the front, because the pouch pocket gets in the way, and A3 (29.7 × 42 cm) on the back. Left chest prints are 10 × 10 cm.
• Solid colours only for screen print, no gradients or photos.
• We print exactly what you upload and don't send proofs, so check spelling, colours and layout before you order.

Dispatched within 10 working days. Royal Mail Tracked 48 in the UK, added at checkout:

• Outside the UK? Screen printed orders are UK only, but up to 3 full colour (DTF) hoodies can go worldwide by Royal Mail International Standard, added at checkout.

The small print

Custom orders can't be cancelled or returned if you change your mind. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, we'll replace it or refund you. You're responsible for your artwork, including spelling. If we make a mistake or a hoodie is faulty, we'll put it right. Discount codes can't be used on custom merch.
